About the Firm

Kevin P. Bailey established Kevin Bailey P.A. in 1993, after having served a trial lawyer's "apprenticeship" at several of Florida's leading trial firms. He has tried cases, both jury trials and non-jury trials, throughout Florida with an office in Cocoa Beach, less than an hour from Orlando's airport. Hometown is Pompano Beach, Florida.

The best way to position a case in negotiations is to prepare it for trial. To secure a trial date is to inform your opponent that stall tactics will be of a limited duration. Actions speak louder than advertising hype.

Infesting the advertisements for legal services is a notion that justice is a commodity to be purchased and sold. Many citizens question whether their own case should be reduced in such a fashion.
